  • 98% of the time you won’t get a coherent response. They won’t know what they want.

I took a class in iOS programming a few semesters ago. At the beginning of the class I said to myself, “My final project is going to be an asynchronous multiplayer game!” Took one small task at a time and by the end of the semester I had a working base and had learned Obj-C, SQL, PHP, and how to work with the LAMP

Take him/her out for a romantic evening around the starlit path to a functioning Arch install. Para ti, mi amore, su pacman <3

Whatever happened to the Linux desktop showcases? Feel like I haven’t seen one in forever.

Tell me, how much time would you imagine a 1 to 5 person team should spend on a game that will likely have no replay value and is probably beatable in a sitting? Should they spend five years making this game prettier just so the little outlying turds like yourself might not whine about its modest graphics?

Yeah, but I have a feeling you have absolutely no understanding of how much time was put into this.

What do your games’ graphics look like? The one you wrote yourself. The one you toiled over your keyboard on nights and weekends to put together. Shitdick.

Until the game gets so many updates that all the disc does is install the 1.0 release, then the game client starts and downloads the entire X.0 release. This was the case with Starcraft II. Install 30GB at 20MB/s. Start game, launcher redownloads new version of entire game at 2MB/s. Fantastic.

I’ve never had any interest in playing my PC games on a TV. TV’s typically have weird little resolution indifferences, higher latencies, and lower quality overall. In fact, I bought the smallest 1080p monitors I could find for a reasonable price: 3x 21” 1080 LEDs.

It _is_ about 80% the performance for half the price though.

The number of positive responses seems bizarre to me. Dude’s got a stable job in a renowned company. Can’t move up? Move out.

It's supposed to be analogous to the trollface. Except it's some Twitch personality.

Actually, yes!

Probably actually a result of weight loss. Gaining weight stretches skin. If it stretches too much, even after losing weight, a person might be left with the excess skin surface area.

Oh, you mean the other stuff that comes on the FFXV demo disc?

Also read it. Very good. Lots of hard science and some computer science. Great read 10/10
