Part of me wants to side with the people that are all "I hope Nintendo goes the SEGA route and stops making consoles and porting games to other systems". But I'm simultaneously fueling the monster by loving my 3DS. Mind you, I hate 3D and have turned it on maybe four times. But the games, THE GAMES!

Both the multiplayer games that I sink an outrageous amount of time into on PC (Starcraft II and League of Legends) have very VERY comprehensive anti-cheat measures in place.

(read: I may have been banned from Starcraft on account of the maphack I used when I was a noob)

I am of the absolute opinion that a pc enthusiast would shred a console enthusiast of equal skill in an FPS given the opportunity to go head to head. I would love to see a published statistic of headshots in a given game on each platform.

That's the thing about Star Fox. Much like FF and Zelda, everyone has different favorites. I loved the arcade-y style of the original and 64. But everyone wants something else out of the developers. And you know Nintendo, they'll be pushing ingenuity over fan service. So we'll end up with some motion controlled,

Black and white ruined themselves for me with the new leveling mechanic. I hated that game and ground my teeth through the first half before quitting.

I actually thought it was one of the most complex and engaging stories of any of the Pokemon game. Which doesn't really say much in the end, as all the rest were "YOU'RE A KID, CATCH THESE THINGS." But it's a step forward.

Starfox 64-2. Starfox 65, whatever it takes.

Steam machines are for peasants with only one capable computer.

As awesome as that would be, you're not going to find the open space that it would require :/

If you can buy a car with a 50% chance of engine failure vs. a >1%, wouldn't you find that information relevant? Particularly if both cars were still on the market?

I've been on an SSD for two years with no issues thus far and their lifespans are only getting longer. The new Samsung 840 Evo's should have no problem lasting the entire cycle of the ps4. If anything, I'm more worried about my mechanical hard drive failing simply because I take my playstation to friends houses at

I grew into having a small tightly-knit group of good friends. For the most part now, I really appreciate my time alone with my hobbies. But back then I was lonely, and I wanted to meet people and make friends. However, everyone would just take it upon themselves to drag me to a party of strangers and parade me around

This sounds very reasonable. As a young introvert, most of the time I would tell people about my social disinterest only to be met with "WELL, LET'S TAKE YOU OUT TO MEET ALL MY FRIENDS; THEY'RE NICE PEOPLE."

The library I work at is getting rid of two $700 APC's for $50 each. I've already got one, but I'm sure I could find a use for more, right?

A good spinning hdd reads at about 130Mbps. A good SSD reaches about 550Mbps. PS4's interface is limited to 300Mbps (in an effort to use that bandwidth elsewhere while keeping the system cheaper). So you're looking at an estimated 143% faster.

Short answer: more than twice as fast.

Most goths are just 35 year old moms and dads now.

Internet sales or nothing. I concur.

I had SLI 470's for about 3 months before I sold them both. They ran at 90+ at load. My room was a sauna
