Not a FPS but Dungeon Keeper’s “Possession” spell come’s to mind which in fact turns the game into a FPS :-)

IMHO, nothing beats an elaborate spread sheet hosted somewhere online in combination with your own site for sharing the virtual version of your collection.

I thought about printing boxes and covers too for the digital only games in my collection, but without original artwork, those would always feel off. Similar to budget re-releases from back in the day.
