You seem a bit a bit on edge. You need something cool to calm you down. Here's something giant monster themed to enjoy: https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Some people just like getting burned.

Only three comments in. They're slipping.

I'm a Star Wars note, so I ended up seeing that three times. It's weird, there's enough there that, when you see it multiple times, you start to really grow attached to everyone. If you didn't care much for it the first time, I don't think this will help you much, but it worked for me at least.

Damnit Walter Hill, the comic style panels were the worst part of the director's cut of The Warriors. Why are you going back to them?

While I overall agree with the review, I do kind of wish that this didn't reveal so much. I saw it last week as part of a sneak preview and I thought a lot of its power comes from how it sneaks up on you about what the actual central metaphor is slowly. I think it's strong enough that it should still work even knowing

I do want to temper things a bit and note that the revelations about what the film's actually about in regards to the Sudeikis/Hathaway relationship makes it actually pretty damn serious in the last half of the film. I still loved it tremendously, but just know it's not a full fun romp in the same way as the trailers

Don Quixote may have a chance. Of course, the fate of the world may depend on that film never coming to completion.

The DoP was also the guy who shot Blue Valentine, which I never saw in full but the trailer showcased some beautiful shots.

I appreciate the complement, but I didn't see it. I only had watched the trailer a few times from IFC Center when it played there. I could have watched it there for member pricing, but it didn't appeal that much to me.

My guess is that DirecTV was mentioned because A24, for some of their films, has a special deal in place with DirecTV that they can show up there first. It's possible they expanded to including other satellite providers, but even in the trailer for this, you'll see DirecTV show up after the A24 logo: https://www.youtub

Current rankings for me: Stone>Roberts>Watson. I definitely have liked seeing Emma Roberts' name show up after really liking her performance in It's Kind Of A Funny Story.

This definitely seems up my alley. Definitely into smart sci-fi and some decent romantic drama. Hopefully the final twist is more along the lines of The One I Love over I Origins, which is definitely the worst of the Brit Marling SF indies.

On the one hand, it's a shame that Daniel Bruhl plays so many Nazis. On the other hand, that is really good job security, since there will always be a demand for WWII era films.

Amen to that!

I'm curious about that myself. Gilbert Gottfried's podcast also moved over to the Earwolf network. Probably something money related, as most of these things boil down to.

That's the one thing I dislike now about WHM since they became part of the Headgum network. They now put their ads in the middle of the episode. I get how that makes more monetary sense, but there's no real natural break and it does feel super awkward.

Ah, sorry you gave up on Love + Radio. I think that one, when it's at its peak, goes to heights that very few podcasts can hit. I also like Strangers a lot, but I can understand falling out of that, since that is one that I do space out my listening of a lot, mostly because it can get very heavy sometimes and

God, I never would've guessed that that was Bryan Cranston's voice at all.

I think it depends on where you live also. At least in NYC and NJ, I can attest that people still go out to the movies pretty regularly, even with the prices being among the highest in the nation.
