What year was your dad’s Accord? I had an ‘81 during college, and I was rather impressed by those lights that told you which door was open (also the trunklid/hatch - mine was a 4-door).

I thought your comment “Great Wall is the most visible Chinese brand in the world" was a play on the Great Wall being visible from space, but your comment ended up being insightful so here's your star.
Violent splinter group.
It’s Cellular Vehicle to x; because there is both Vehicle to Infrastructure and Vehicle to Vehicle.
Jesus, that is an exceptional level of incompetence.
I’ve been saying this for a while. The big basic rules of driving are fairly easy and any idiot robot could do it: go, turn, stop as necessary.
As someone who programs AI systems, I do find this funny. We’re getting extremely good with image processing, and it’s actually amazing how far we have come in the past five years. (I admittedly don’t work in image processing, but I know people who do, so I’ll say they’re very smart people and just leave it at that.)
There are no shortage of idiots installing aftermarket accessories.
What would make someone want to do this, I wonder? Just a powerful, fuck it, I’ve always wanted to try it urge? Maybe they really, really had to pee? A grim and steadfast refusal to let some stupid bridge tell you what to do? Just being from Florida?
Really? Thats your take away from this article? To call someones choice a wasteful POS, and that they are for idiots? I’m not sure how you get through a day seeing so many things that don’t agree with your finely tuned opinions.
Why did you read and comment on an article if you hate the vehicle? Jalopnik supports anyone’s love of vehicles, sounds like it isn’t the site for you.
WHAT ARE YOU REALLY GETTING AT “JASON”?
Even non-obese Americans won’t fit into one of these. When we travel to Mexico City my company hires transportation with driver instead of having us rent cars. We VERY quickly learned to subtract about 1/3 from number of people say can fit in a vehicle.
How did they fit a Chevy in there?
If you think BR-V is pretty great, pretty sure some people here would love if BR-V comes a bit lower and have sedan like driving experience... Oh wait, It’s basically what Honda Mobilio is. It also basically seat 6 people with its three row.
Personally, I have nothing but respect for his god-level IDGAF. This is the best possible type of IDGAF, when you have someone flat-out ignoring onstacles in his path to do his job. There’s no way one excavator was going to get that ship freed in this lifetime. But one excavator was all they had, so like Mike…
You know they could afford to set him up so that he could retire if they wanted to. Even then, he still saved them millions, if not billions more.
His story is a pretty good metaphor for average workers everywhere. Quite literally keeps the business afloat and gets no recognition or even fair remuneration.
