I forgot about that. Which says a lot.

I’m with you Liz. I wanted to like it because, y’know, cars! Racing!

Sorry I’m late to this, but congratulations!

The reason Mitsuoka can do these cars is because they’re kinda like a coachbuilder. They make limited quantities of these cars (the ‘Corvette-Miata’ Rock Star is limited to just 200 units for instance) and so they don’t have to conform to crash test regulations and such. It’ll be hard to get these to US Fed

1) It seems like this was only available on American Fords? I’ve not seen this on any Ford model sold outside the US.

I remember they released an updated version of the baseball/apple pie ad when Chevy decided to roll out the brand globally, somewhere around 2003/2004 I think (for some reason I can’t find the video on YouTube).

In quite a few countries getting a bike licence is a tiered system based on power/capacity. To ride a litre bike you usually have to have at least a couple of years of experience plus a couple of tests to pass.

If your company is asking you to transport private stuff, then they should take the necessary measures to keep it that way.

I think if it’s out in the public, it’s probably fair game. If you have things you don’t want people to see, then you should probably cover it up.

Nah, it’s gonna get worse. Especially when AI technology starts learning human behaviour and gets used in creating these fakes.

How would they do the seconds? You can’t move the cars fast enough.

I’ll probably exclude Bangkok. The traffic may be horrendous but they do take care of their cars mostly.

A lot of dashboards from that era looked like that I reckon.

Now this is what I’m talking about.

Watch it. It is insanely WTF. It just blows your mind.

Neat!

1987 Brazilian two-door sedan with a flat-4 engine. Front-engined FWD named after a place. Good off-road(?!) with shitty quality.

1970 is 50 years ago?!

I actually liked the idea but the execution was a bit disappointing.

I loved these as a kid! It still looks good today IMHO.
