What a fucking farce. They held the hearing just to say they did and are now pushing him through. Based solely on his behavior (spouting conspiracy theories, yelling, emotionally erratic, petulant, entitled...) during the hearing, he does not have the temperament for the job.

The death penalty is only inflicted on the poor and disenfranchised. There will always be innocents executed and that mistake can not be fixed. The only time it should be used is when the crime is so heinous that the Nation itself is terribly damaged.
