Your lead paragraph is what I was looking for. Thanks!

I’ve never played the ME games but I was going to to start with Andromeda. I said “going to” because I’m not sure anymore. I’ve always heard the ME games decribed as being “amazing space RPG” but this looks like a generic future tech shooter.

    Nope

I’ve read them both as well and you’re correct that the first book is hard to get into but the quality never increases.

This looks like Bourne: In The Shell. Standard spy program super soldier bs with a GitS veneer.

If these are Klingons they are garbage.

    Maybe buy a smaller car?

There’s two group of Trekkies(ers): those that appreciate DS9 as the best of all Trek and those that are wrong.

I’m mostly just weirded out that Cranston gives out his own memoir as a birthday gift. Uh, thanks?

    That... wasn’t really great.

That dude ignoring his dog to play Nintendo in the park is a monster

    Starred for “space Canada”.

Just started a new 5e campaign. Rolled a Tiefling Bard who plays an ocarina type instrument made from his own broken horn. He’s weak, self-centered and wildly manipulative which is pretty fun to RP. He’s currently learning to trust others and work with a team. Character arc!

Never have I ever been so glad to live in a place without cockroaches.

Yeah I know but I haven’t had cable in over a decade, so...

Every other country EXCEPT Canada. Where it’s on a service even shittier than CBC All Access: CraveTV.

Pillars of Eternity was a phenomenal game. And I really enjoyed Tyranny as well. So I’ve already backed Pillars II: Deadfire Boogaloo. I honestly can’t wait to play this game.

Most of these are awesome. The Ghost in the Shell ones? No so much. Shoulda been SAC

Ah, I see it’s Mad Max: Furry Logan

I just yelled “jesus christ” at my screen. I’ve had nightmares like this.
