Disappointed that this doesn't include one of my favorite parts of the Salam Witch Trials. Giles Corey was pressed to death while trying to coerce him into a plea. (He refused to state either a guilty or not-guilty plea.) His only answer (and last words) to his torturers was, "More Weight."
