What people? I live in the thick of “Patriots Nation” (and worked at Fenway Park among the most diehard sports fans) and haven’t heard a single person defend Aaron Hernandez. It’s cool if you’re not into sports, but I don’t see the point in getting hyperbolic about people who are.
