Different ridge pattern on the edge.
Already doing this, no match yet.
Very close but not the same, notice the change in the ridge pattern from vertical to diagonal, and the seam that runs across the face of the lens.
The thin line appears to be a seam from the manufacture of the lens, it is not a result of the collision.
based on the damage to the bicycle, and the fact that we know the direction the cyclist was heading, we believe it was the drivers’ side.
No paint chips left at the scene.
Here’s a close-up of the edge. A couple things to note: the change in the ridge pattern to a diagonal, and the “seam” where the pattern changes that runs across the entire face of the lens. Thanks in advance!
