Question from the other end: for a work dinner, there was a group of us (about 10) at a nice Italian restaurant on a weeknight, a $30 secondi kind of place. We had a reservation but were sat 20-30 minutes late. Then after 2-3 hours (and a wonderful meal) the server told us we had to leave if we weren’t ordering…
