I think it has to do with the bland artwork, the game was way to pale and grey it gets heavy on the eye in the long run

I know its not a cartoon, but that Community episodes clearly deserves a mention.

What’s even worst is not that the company is headed by a 19 years old but that fact that they worked for 4 years on it before announcing it. I May be wrong but this is probably not a big company so the CEO is probably one of the devs, wich means he started the game when is was 15 years old!.
