Indeed yes. We have a local chain of theaters that’s built a lot of new auditoriums so I’ve been spoiled with good choices. The first showing on a Saturday is usually the sweet spot as far as less crowds but still on one’s day off. I never would have guessed that getting around to Frozen 2 post-holiday would be the

Love that one!

Too many of these, even the popular ones, are clearly synthesized electronic music. Nothing wrong with composing and arranging with such tools (a skill I completely lack), but it’s easy to tell the difference between that and recorded artists (or artist singular on multiple tracks).

It’s true that they were lately beyond “cheap imports” and more mid-range pricing at best. Last year I did select a beautiful cabinet with a metallic exterior design that I love in my living room to go with other dark finishes and bookshelves. Of course I also bought another one from Target (Opal House) this year

I missed it back in ‘99 but Ken Burns did do “Not for Ourselves Alone” (

Need to update your article, posted just after 2pm EST:

I know the movie isn’t in wider release yet, but I’ve already seen it and it’s brilliant!

I’m usually not this lucky but I have! I snagged early tickets from an online group to fill out essentially a company’s private event last week.

Sounds like a good plan. I have folders for each company/bill and pencil in the “retention” like 1 year. When filing I put in the most recent on top and then when I feel like it go through the back shredding any and all that’s old enough. I loved the day when I realized there was no long-term information of value on

The glorious original from 1980s just had a soundtrack, no singing and generally seems like it could be rom-com.

My latest surprise upon visiting the UK after a two-decade break was that Kit Kats could taste good! They seemed to be everywhere during our visit, but I dismissed them because in the US Kit Kat chocolate is one of the worse, overly sweet ones. Our tour guide bought a bunch for us though and OH MY WORD that Kit Kat
