There was no need to shed light on anything as cars are being delivered already. No one is entitled to know exactly why the car wasn’t delivered as soon as it landed on US soil apart from Ford Motor Company.

TL:DR don’t bother tracking the car once it goes from order to production as it’s not built here and will take way longer than you hope for to arrive. Especially if you ordered at the beginning of the order banks opening well before the car was ever on sale or delivered to customers here. Don’t freak out about it…
