Yeah, this dude is just letting his frustration with the Warriors be frustration with the league.
Yeah, this dude is just letting his frustration with the Warriors be frustration with the league.
You, as a GSW fan, basically implying everyone should love the Warriors because they play the beautiful game is a pretty spicy take
I think you’re view isn’t nuanced enough, re the style of play. Yes, Curry is absolutely at the center of the change. He’s the Warriors’ core, and their defining weapon. But, Curry can’t play to his potential if he doesn’t have a system around him that emphasizes his skillset. Curry didn’t become the force he is until…
I mean the Warriors style of play is better for the league. They’ve been at the forefront of the current style of play, which I happen to think is better basketball. So they provide that style of play. But, yeah, they will definitely fade away, as all great teams do. I’m a lifetime Warriors fan, so it’s been a real…
It’s really simply better, more entertaining basketball. The style of play is better for the league.
I generally agree with everything you’re saying, except for the part about the Warriors being bad for the sport (with the full disclosure of being a lifelong Warriors fan). They changed the way the game is played, generally for the better. Their style of play has brought so many new fans to the sport, and has…
Yeah they’re not great about that, given that Danaerys is supposed to Jon Snow’s aunt, and they seem the same age. I know having an aunt in a smilar age range as a nephew is entirely possible, but Rhaegar didn’t seem THAT much older than Danaerys in his scenes.
Oh, I see the post. He did indeed call you that. Literally in response to you calling him “a real asshole.” This is after he pointed out that this fire team indeed had a plan, which they seem to have successfully implemented, when you literally said they probably didn’t have a plan.
You’re both douches. He literally doesn’t have the word “condescend” in there. His tone is pissy, for sure, but you were factually wrong, and he was making valid arguments.
Yeah, man, I’m born, raised, and reside in Northern California. I know what the deal is. I was wearing masks this past November whenever I left the house.
This really is a family matter.
I hate to say it, my dude, but I think you’re on the losing end of this exchange. It’s pretty clear the local fire brigade had a specialized plan, and pretty clear they followed it. The fact that most of the structure was saved, nobody died, and the MOST important relics (including the rosary windows) were not damaged …
True, but there are millions of people that floord into Paris every year, spending hundreds of millions on hotels, transportation, food, shopping, etc., specifically to visit monuments such as this. I think the people being employed and paid with those hundreds of millions of dollars would say otherwise.
Nah, I hope SF selects him, and while living in this unique city, learns something about diversity, reflects on his attitudes, and becomes more appreciative of the privileges he’s had.
Ehhh, that wouldn’t be on the Warriors, though. They only shot 8 FT to the Nuggets 29. The Warriors are towards the bottom of the pile for FTA per game.
This a wonderful distillation of some the highlights of the 90s.
The Fender Stratocaster was literally developed for Bakersfield Sound players. It is THE genre that brought electric guitar to pop music.
whatever pallid, grunting heaves accompanied the act—which itself looked like two damp, hairless aurochs fighting over a single tuber—the last time you performed it
No, your health is part of the public’s health, and it is indeed people’s business. It’s cheaper for you, me, and all other taxpayers when people take better care of themselves. If we can encourage people to be reasonable in their soda consumption, then there’s only benefit.
It’s cool, live how you want, drink soda. But don’t act like the average American’s poor dietary choices and self-care don’t affect other tax payers. With our awful health care system, and the strong link between poor diet and low income, who do you think ends up paying for emergency care services for low income…
