Oh wow, I just realized how much that fits (although I think they still have a hefty accentuation towards Japanese stereotypes).

I thought the intention was (which I only understood after reading additional context online; Mistake #1) that the "Resistance" was supposed to be a proxy faction for the Republic, so they could claim plausible deniability while the First Order goes about its business (Convoluted explanation: Mistake #2).
Upvoted for calling them "Japanese-caricature aliens.' God, that's so horribly correct.
Imagine the hell of having to re-do that org chart in the Empire's HR department once the Death Star blew up.
*sight*
This might help.
Surprised there was no mention here of Justin Edwards' or Alex MacQueen's bit parts. The Swain-Man and Mr. Blue-Sky himself!
Done.
Not sure if it was good or bad that I first saw it on YouTube of all places years back. Through that medium, it came across as a snuff film that someone uploaded as if it were from ISIS. So I guess that helped maintain the squalor you refer to.
Ach! I'm bad at this.
Black…like a doll's eyes…
Been wanting to get that deluxe 4k restoration Blu-Ray/DVD. While I can appreciate people's memories of it being grainy, fuzzy, and not high-quality, the critics' reviews of the restoration made it sound like it doesn't lose anything from the transfer.
Saw it last year, and would definitely agree. There is a hint of someone else out in the woods at one point (or is that something?) but you can never be too certain.
Except I thought I heard that running in incognito mode doesn't stop the browser from logging the sites you've been to; what you really need to do is disable the firewall settings (so says a forensic police detective I encountered at work earlier this week).
Would you posit that "Hannibal's" theme is different from "Mr. Robot?"
Wow! Good stuff here Tom. Late to the party, but this was exceedingly well-written, on-par with former AVC (and Dissolve) editor Keith Phipps' column: Laser Age.
"Damnit kid, I'm not trying to reprogram a VCR!"
I believe it's…yuuuuuuuge.
Upvoted because of that mesmerizing emoticon you made.
To be fair, the job market for successful heist planners isn't as strong as that of professional wedding or corporate event planners.
