Now that's a PSA I'd like to see.

I think what helped sell it was Will "laying his life down for a friend," to borrow from a line Hannibal said prior to Dolarhyde blasting his way in. Will did lay his life down, while also acknowledging how good it felt.

All the more impressive that she was inspired to write music again by this very show!

Still digesting (heh) the finale, although from what I've read from other sites (including Sepinwall's), I certainly can agree that the ending was very Bond-ian with that lovely song by Siouxsie (without her Banshees?), and Fuller may have had an alternative view of the coda with Bedelia. Either way, I'd say a

Chilton a la tartare?

Thanks!

Add the director having to help explain the character's motivations, and it's a wonder they can keep on a TV shooting schedule.

As he is wont to do.

"Well, he cleared the obstacle course."

This is true, although Esparza does a good job playing up his character's sleaze, constantly promoting the book he wrote on "Hannibal the Cannibal," and getting indignant when Hannibal refuted his story in the psychiatric journal. Still though, as @maryannarice:disqus said above, Freddie seems to be playing it a

Yes to this. This has been my own personal interpretation of Lounds throughout this season, something which is putting her in more 'cautious' territory than, say, Season 1 Freddie.

Yeah, he's close to Verger-levels of disability/deformity now.

Link?

D'oh! Realized that after posting.

And it could arguably slot right in with ABC's programming schedule, right?

Oooh, I like that interpretation. Makes it seem as if she's being cautious as a business decision, whereas prior moments of moxie (trying to record her conversation with Lecter, getting abducted by Gideon) was her attempt to 'make it big,' for lack of a better word.

That was no human face! That's a lizard-(man)

That's fair. I can't say she seems as big a presence in this season as prior adaptations, if only because they have a limited budget and can only have so many cast members in each episode at once. For some reason, she hasn't really taken on the air of insidious sleaze bag reporter for me, to the point where I forgot

Hence the flaming wheelchair! See? Dolarhyde was just paying homage to his alma mater!

Oh my God, this is fantastic. Suddenly I need to see this.
