I found that ending to be pretty anticlimactic. Peus and Samantha could have died episodes ago if, you know, people on this show used their heads. It would have been much more compelling if Mellie actually did "give" herself to Peus, rather than listen to Olivia's soapy speech that in reality wouldn't have convinced…
