Just so unnecessary. If the player isn’t in a procreative romance, just have someone show up and say, “your sibling had a child and here they are".  Then you can carry on with any child related plot points.

How about “Quit Challenging Convention by IRL Teabagging at Work”?

So stupid. Your character has a sibling. Give the romance option and if players aren’t interested, have a nanny show up with your sibling’s kid.

If only Kassandra or Alexios had a sibling and a child could have been introduced as being theirs if you didn't want the character you've been playing to settle down with a kid.

I mean, it's hard to get a known name actress for Carmen Sandiego if she only ever has like four lines per episode, but they couldn't have kept her evil?  Or at least morally ambiguous?  Like, have her steal art and return it to the country of origin or something?

Pool of Radience is far too low on this list.  But otherwise, great blast from the past.  :)

I would strongly recommend removing the Widow’s Walk expansion from the recommendation of Betrayal at House on the Hill. My gaming group played the former countless times, bought the expansion, and after two games, shuffled it back out and threw it away.

Yep definitely party game.  Or post finals, let my students relax and play.

The image for this article is mocking me: for some reason, Bowser Jr. is the one character I can’t beat. I’ve unlocked every single other fighter, but lost to him like five times. I’ve changed fighters, tactics, but there he sits, taunting me.

Interesting. My wife is fine with Katamari but was completely incapable of playing Super Mario Galaxy due to motion sickness.

What is up with the US release on this? Nintendo.Com says it’s out today (Dec 7th), but you can’t buy it digitally and clicking on their links to buy it physically sends you to an Amazon page for Katamari for the PS2.

Because Fallout 76 needed even more bad press.

Glad to see an attempt to deal with toxic players. Not sure that being banned from Fallout 76 is actually a punishment though.

It seems to be just generally accepted that the AC games have become RPGs set in historical settings and you can follow skill progressions to be a fighter, thief, or engineer class.

Yes, but...

Amateur hour. I signed up for a free week of Eve Online that week where their update destroyed hard drives. They bought me a new hard drive and gave me a year’s free subscription.

Let’s not forget, “Take a day off once or twice a year”. I’m the English Dept. Chair at a good sized high school. The Math Dept. Chair and I (both happily married, in our 40s, and with kids) took the 26th off expressly to play RDR2 all day.

If I cannot look like ZZ Top in Back to the Future 3, why did I even buy this game?

Yes. Add in that it wasn’t always clear where you were supposed to go and it kind of gave me flashbacks to Dragon’s Lair.
