The only app that has been a pain in the ass lately is Waze which I often have to close it out because that bastard will often keep my GPS running long after I have arrived . I have noticed this issue with a few delivery apps also where I go to unlock my phone and see the location service is running  and I have to

Honestly it just means I will be a lot more picky when it comes to deciding on what I want to play on day one and what can wait to when the price drops later.

Either this guy is completely apathetic to what work culture is being fostered in his company or just plain incompetent  to not know what is going on. I get that when you steer a ship as large as Ubisoft you are not going to know about every shit head employee that you happen to employ but the hand waving he dose

Was just looking at the list and was surprised that some were on the top 100, for example Divinity 2 shad 10k people still playing a game that came out in 2017. Divinity is a great game so this is likely people replaying it again.

I tend to play both ways at the same time in Dishonored, going stealth in the early game but once I power up a bit I start going full chaos mode.

Yeah I don’t see these flying off the shelves, if they were priced more inline of the previous gen then I could see that being a reality but only those people who always need the latest and greatest in the enthusiast market are going to pay those prices.

If you’re still on a higher end RTXS 30 series there is really no need to fork out the premium they are charging for the 40 series. For those people needing an upgrade though? Yeah that is going to be a tough sell most will likely opt to just pick a RTX 30 when the prices drop due to the 40.

Some people look at these guys as some kind of heroes for “sticking it to the rich” but all they really did was prop up a shitty retailor that treats its employees like garbage instead of letting it burn to the ground.

I worked in a casino for over 7 years and I’ve seen first hand what gambling addiction does to person their friends and their family. Its not a pretty thing to witness first hand, it causes them to lie, steal and do what ever they can to feed their addiction.

Wow and I was just about to one of their 3070s... I’m just worried now I could turn out to be one of the unlucky ones that need warranty work after their backstock runs out and then will be shit out of luck.

Agree not a huge fan of the tone of the modern FF  games, I still play them but I feel a lot of the fun is lost without the goofy stuff thrown in to lighten the mood here and there.

I’m not what you would call a big JRPG players but Skies was my game when it came out on the Dreamcast, I replayed it at least a dozen times and when they released the remaster on GameCube it was a day one purchase for me.

My favorite of this group is the Bobby Hill one, I would love to see more King of the Hill cosplay done this well. The fact that he even has the purse is hilarious! “That’s my purse I don’t know you!”

Oh crap I forgot about F.A.T.A.L. , its TTG that was basically what you would get if you let a bunch of 14 year olds make a game.

My guess leaving both in just means more work for them with having to program and voice two things. They likely wouldn’t see the point of doing something if half your player base can just ignore it.

I don’t think many people are going to sad that its gone, I remember enjoying the modern stuff during the Ezio years but after that the modern day story was just a mess with no continuity. My guess the story got butchered due to different teams working on each entry.

Yeah I finally picked up Valhalla and ....... yeah its a slog too much external fluff. I didn’t mind the settlement management at first but then having to keep trekking out to get mats to upgrade and add to it burned me out pretty fast.

Yeah they could have worded that better “Switch Variant” would have been more accurate because new hardware infers that its actually something that is new and different. This is just a recoloring of existing hardware.

This is by far one of the more ghoulish things I have read concerning NFT based games. “Let’s make brown people in 3rd world countries our low wage slaves and pay them pennies on the dollar and let wealthy people in the 1st world be their boss!”

Good bye Mike I will miss you, you will always remain one of favorites here on Kotaku and I missed your work when you had to take a step back.
