Many of these people are young and likely didn’t hire a lawyer to look over the contract (assuming they could even afford one at the time of signing). They just see the potential of making themselves bigger and likely didn’t read the contracts as closely as they should.

The only one on that list that I am even slightly excited for is Homeworld 3 granted I thought the remake of 1 and 2 was decent though it lacked some of the originals features, but the story and game play were still the same.
