You jest, but in all seriousness, this is a prime example of over legislation.

1000%

Once this is all done, you realize a top speed run on the autobahn is a must. Just wear a crash helmet. My guess is 101.

Really digging the white lettering.

Yeah, it’ll take some time, and it’s no guarantee it’ll work out the way they hope. From where I sit, though, what they are going for doesn’t seem unreasonable.

Correct, but they’ll be moneymaking propositions now due to the cost cap and flatter winning distribution curve, so they won’t be debt traps going forward. They’ll actually be desirable grid slots, and therefore it makes sense to have expansion fees.

This was my thought exactly! Now that F1 has a cost cap the teams won’t be operating at a loss then bought and sold for 1 dollar every 6 years with a load of debt. They should actually be moneymaking propositions which means additional teams joining are now MORE likely! The general sentiment in the comments clearly

This car did quite a good job making AM relevant again, I’d even give it credit for a turning point in modern styling.

Yeah, pretty funny. I roll my eyes each time I hear people complain about a wealthy person commissioning a yacht, it's probably the best possible thing they can do with their money, besides investing in startup companies.

I love everything about this. First off, it’s nice to have the same money go to a ton of skilled engineers and technicians rather than just changing hands. It’s employing people. Plus, instead of trading stock, it's actually increasing the stock of these cars that are available. Kudos to this guy.

Hey moron. I already have an 85 V65 motorcycle, an 82 restored Dodge Ram, a Camaro lemons race car, a Jet Ski and I fly airplanes.

I liked it a lot, but it did fall short of the first season. But it’s a little hard for them to control, so I don’t blame them. I’d give season 1 a 9.5 out of ten, and season 2 maybe a 7.0.

They are real! And I am desperately trying to convince my wife to let me get one!

Maybe one of each? Haha

Just bought my first pwc. It isn't stand up but I have ALWAYS wanted to try one!

There’s only one way to find out, and if this experiment doesn’t happen then I’ll be forever miffed.

As a conservative, I appreciate the non-inflammatory headline and relatively straightforward coverage of the story. A nice change from the typical open vitriol typically found here.

I hope people like him never go away. What a marvel. The comparison to Chapman is well deserved. It’d have been cool for Geely to have poached him for Lotus. I think that would (Still could?) have been a good marriage.

That’s the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. There have been manual transmissions able to handle whatever power number you throw at them for decades.

I don’t disagree about an auto being easier for rock crawling, but seriously, it’s a trend even for more road oriented cars, such as I listed.
