Crowder is a well-known cowardly, sniveling weirdo. He’s your typically failed comedian who’d been bullied as a kid, and now longs are hard to be one of the tough guys. But as he’s quite obviously NOT a tough guy, he chose to go on a power trip with the only person he thought would take it - his wife.

Also the elective surgery was apparently to correct a sunken chest, so he basically got breast augmentation to look more masculine, which is a form of gender affirming care he so vehemently opposes for others.
