Exactly! I’m in IT and my shift is 7am-4pm, if there’s nothing major going on and/or nothing’s on fire I generally leave at 4:15pm and don’t feel the least bit bad about it. There are others in the department who linger until 7pm or after every day just to be seen, but they’re mostly dicking around on the internet,

No, you're giving yourself too much credit. Sometimes, the massive pile of work just needs to be done on the unreasonable, arbitrary timeframe set by someone more powerful and important than you, and you have to do it, and there's no physical way of getting it done, even if you work "productively", in the classic 9-5

That is not just restricted to the Valley. I get more done in 8 hours than the “have to be here 24/7" folks do in 8 days. Then I go home. I work to live not the other way around and with no regrets.

The fetishization of working long hours in Silicon Valley never ceases to amaze me. In the vast majority of cases, it boils down to appearances more than being productive.

Pussy is short for Pusillanimous, meaning cowardly.

They’ve been fairly fucking incompetent with this and letting certain mass shooters slip by them.

Melania Trump is actually infinitely many monkeys typing on keyboards and connected to a voice synthesizer.

It means, at the very least, there are Bronies in the RNC and/or Trump campaign.

So can we all agree that he must be a Brony, based on the fact that he has that pony’s quotes so readily available?

I mean why would they tweet that with millions of people on twitter.

Justice could just take a page from the Manafort playbook:

They have many Tweets of Great Justice to disseminate.

Twitter is a social media app whose purpose is to disrupt the employment of its users.

Not saying it’s not possible with some level os tweaking, just that it’s not a baked-in feature. Incidentally, and non-intentionally, I used two examples from Microsoft, which does makes things somewhat easier, but the gist of the argument still stands.

Can’t wait to not be able to take public transit and brave the busiest interchange in the south and not find parking to overpay to see one of the most dismal teams in MLB history while sitting next to a bunch of old money assholes with funny sounding voices. But at least I won’t have to see black people out the window
