The year or the book?

What? It’s the only style shirt I own. They’re dirt-cheap at Costco.

Yeah, they track every damn purchase you make there, going back years. It’s actually kinda handy, since they have such a generous return policy on most of the crap they sell.

See I wish I would’ve known that before I bought 20 pounds of garlic there.

That’s surprising to read. I usually get the third degree from the Costco bouncers, both coming and going. They almost always check my cart scrupulously.

I’d argue that voting can’t (and shouldn’t) ever get too easy. This is probably going to be a record midterm, but I’ll still be surprised if over 30% of eligible voters actually turn out.

He is such a little simp.

*Ross Perot punches his hat through again*

From that header image, it almost looks like the ghost girl is getting ready to deliver a ghost pie to someone’s face off-camera. If that was indeed the case, I’d be first in line for this game.

Colorado voter here, too. I didn’t realize how good we have it compared to other states.

I haven’t watched TWD in a long time. Do they still drive the occasional sponsor’s cars that’s magically perfectly clean and intact?

That’s moolah I’m sure they didn’t have to spend.

That has never been my experience when voting in person. Not to say it doesn’t happen, just that it’s never happened to me. Prior to my mailing ballots in, voting was an entirely private and usually last-minute affair. Now, mailing my ballot in gives me the opportunity to research every candidate, proposition, judge,

That makes sense. I should’ve figured the rules regarding mail-in ballots vary pretty wildly by state.

Texas. Yeah, that figures.

The only extra form I had to fill out was the envelope. And you can mail a ballot & get it accepted all the way until election day.

I am genuinely curious if there’s a good reason why some people prefer to vote in person. Is it an accountability thing? Do some people prefer to keep control of their ballots for as long as possible?

Ever since online ballot trackers became a thing, I haven’t voted in person. I can’t fathom why anyone who can use mail-in ballots would wait in line to vote anymore.

If you want to, go right ahead.

This is Trump we’re talking about. NBC & Fox News probably pulled the ad because his check didn’t clear.
