DC “native” here...all of my friends are huge Caps fans so I have a nice objective view of the misery around here. While the Caps can breath a little easier, their fans will NEVER unclench. They are by far the most constipated fan base right now
That’s before you realize that they traded that pick and their 2007 2nd round pick in order to draft Brady Quinn.
I also have 4E stompers, and have suffered a history of in-grown toe nails. I exclusively buy New Balance running shoes because the mesh stretches with your feet.
If the alt-right doesn’t like it then the air strikes must be good, right?
Jinder Mahal is also a little curious of how Gronk knew he’d charge at him at that exact moment
However, if it were Trump eating dinner alone with a woman who was not his wife, I’d be at least a little worried
Sometimes we don’t deserve to have nice things
I guess that happens when you’re cold and dark on the inside
Is it just me, or does this seem forced?
Here’s what’s different about the Pats though, they don’t pretend to be your friend. It’s well broadcasted going in that they will cut you loose as soon as you’re of no use. They’ll be nice about it, but your ass is out the door.
As a friend of many, many Redskins fans, all I can say is that they are completely despondent. Fuck Dan Snyder for ruining football talk with my friends.
FedEx Field is like the DMV, you shouldn’t go there if you don’t have to. Everything they do is adequate at best, but even that is a rare occurrence.
The key is to have a post-game tailgate. I go to FedEx every year (unfortunately, all of my friends are Skins fans) so we only roll out when we can’t drink anymore. But this distracts from the myriad of other issues for why FedEx is one of the worst stadiums in sports.
Why not a consumption tax on everything but food/necessities? Taxing wealth would harm saving and investments (and difficult to measure if a person owns a lot of hard assets), while taxing consumption gets at the entire reason it’s worth being rich, which is having lots of shit.
This comment somewhat redeemed the original comment
I don’t get it. Pagano and Grigson have consistently shown that they do not have what it takes to move this team forward, and, with Luck at QB, the Colts would be the biggest draw for any head coach or general manager out there!
There’s a subtext about inequality somewhere in here, just give me a second to find it...
