Utawarerumono on the PC is adult overall, but the console ports are always the all-ages versions. PC game was first and the anime is based on that. Aquaplus is a game studio first and foremost, and Tears to Tiara 1 came out around then. (Tears 2 came out in the past couple years, yes English.)
