Looks like the time limit was up for a Tesla hit job article. Whens the next one due?

It is any where from 3-6 times quicker than a diesel truck to 60 with a full load. If that’s not impressive then I would like to see what kinds of things make you tingle.
Jalopnik commentors: where Formula E car sound jokes are older than your grandpas ball sack.
When you’re trying to introduce a fundamentally different technology in two of the most corrupt and biggest industries in the world that have been around for over 100 years, it isn’t easy to make it cost competitive and there a sh*tload of reason why.
I’m surprised the EPA would even get near an electric car these days. Is everyone who tested it okay? Did Scott Pruitt make it out without making them slap a gas generator on it? Was it too clean for their taste? We need answers!
Cooking food in crappy plastic bag sounds like a terrible idea. Hope you don’t mind eating your food with a side of plastic and chemicals.

Wars are fought and lives are lost over oil, plus oil is toxic and damaging to peoples health and the environment. Plus it takes a sh*t load of electricity to drill, transport, and refine. Then at the end of the day oil isn’t even reusable.. While today’s lithium ion based batteries aren’t perfect they are pretty…
Yes you are the only one, the bigger the battery the bigger the charge rates it can handle. That’s why they focus on range, if they keep increasing the battery density, naturally faster charging speeds will follow. Logic is, take a 400 mile car, charge 100 miles in 5 mins. It will keep the battery cooler AND if you…
How about you just shut up and sit back friendo? I’m sure they know a lot more about making cars than some random Joe Blow on the internet.
So 20-30 minutes? Oh wait they already do. Also charging at home and having to occasionally charge on extra long road trips is far far more convenient than stopping at the gas station sometimes multiple times per week. It’s quite nice not having to stop at some crappy gas station with the grubby ass gas pump handle,…
Not really, a relatively simple concept would be to use a bank of battery to even out large loads.
uhhhh I’m pretty sure the people developing the cars aren’t the same people working on the production lines but okay.
It seems the constant Uber bashing circle-jerk has made it’s way to Tesla/Elon, so far 4 articles in 2 days. Not a hit job at all. The bashing articles in the last two days include but are not limited to two Tesla articles, Elon Rolling Stones article, and a Boring Company article. That’s quality journalism right…
So one story is reporting Musk said only 300 workers were fired and jalopnik is reporting 700 workers were fired. Hmmmm sounds like somebody can’t get their story straight.
$35k, 200+ mile Mercedes EV.*
Lol well that’s one way to make myself look like an idiot in the comments section. I will fix my post now.
Knock on my door when I can buy a $35k Mercedes. I’ll wait.
Actually no they aren’t “toxic as hell”, and they’re fully recycleable. They aren’t unsafe or toxic to be around unless they have been punctured and releasing gas. I can promise you breathing in the fumes of a car exhaust is much much more harmful than simply being around a lithium ion battery.
I mean that’s great and all but you still haven’t explained WHY you think they wont get much cheaper. There is a relatively small amount of batteries being made, economies of scale will make a huge different. Obviously they wont release new tech if it had down sides, but relatively speaking there has been little R&D…
