Just remember, no matter how terrible or racist someone is being, never ever ever ever, lose your cool. If this child.... had just had the maturity of an adult... and took the racist abuse lying down... he would have never been arrested.

Playing hardball, bringing guns to a gunfight, and not “keeping their powder dry” would have been plenty for the Dems to have prevailed over the years. The reluctance of Dems to fight as hard as they can is why the GOP have prevailed.

So true.   Lots of Democrats would rather try to appeal to white conservative racist voters than winning with new voters who are young and non white.
