Ah I didn’t realise that, I guess we’ll have to see how Season 2 plays out but given the quality so far I wouldn’t have been opposed to a longer run, albeit maybe not an extra 3 seasons.

Apparently Gilroy intended it as a 5 season show, with each season running through a year of Andor’s (and the Rebellion’s) life before the events of Rogue One, but was only given a 2 season order and so the second season will cover years 2-5 over multiple 3-episode arcs.

Not a chance.

What makes it all that more confusing is that the review is almost entirely positive, other than one criticism about moments of the writing, there is nothing but praise.

I always find it so funny that these list articles always have this comment, which has a fair amount of stars but is somehow buried at the very bottom.

I would argue that Game of Thrones was only consistently great for 2-3 seasons. The end of season 3 felt slightly lackluster to me, although that may be because I had read all the books between seasons 2 and 3 and I feel that the show adapted the earlier big moments of A Storm of Swords far better than the Red

‘Wakanda being isolationist means he couldn’t have studied abroad there’

There was no (public) account as to how Cole and Joffery came to blows since the throng of the party concealed the beginning of the confrontation. Cole is a member of the Kingsguard and the Queen saw him as a valuable asset following the murder, so it’s pretty easy to imagine they concocted some story about how Cole

FWIW Wookiepedia has Cassian’s birth year as 26 BBY, making him 21 in the events of these episodes. Which is a little bit of a stretch seeing as Luna is now 42, but I guess Cassian could have just had a real rough paper round on Ferrix.

Yeah the change in cast for Rhaenyra and Alicent seems a little unnecessary given that there is less than a decade between the actors in both cases.

The monarchy still have a majority approval, but their popularity is waning quickly. It’s long been thought that Charles’ ascension will further reduce their popularity, time will tell by how much, but it’s pretty unlikely he’ll be as accepted as his mother.

I guess Daemon could have heard the tail end of the discussion after he landed, and it did seem like Laenor had suggested this tactic before only for it to be dismissed.

In his scene with Allicent you can see that he’s now completely lost his ring and pinky fingers on one hand.

Dom going against the family was literally the plot of Fast 8...

Steve being on the moon isn’t an official cover story, it’s a conspiracy theory that exists within the MCU.

Ruffalo’s was actually longest in his first two appearance (IM3 cameo notwithstanding), until this show anyway, it was fairly short in Ragnarok and Infinity War.

Yes, you did read different articles.

I also got the impression that Hale designed the Host-Caleb we followed throughout this episode and the others that had attempted escape to have a limited lifespan, just enough time to eventually reach the radio and send Frankie a message. The 3 other Caleb’s we saw in the cells I don’t think had this limited lifespan

For me at least it only does this if I click from the main page, if you select from latest or any of the other sections it opens in the same tab.

She hasn’t donated the entire $7m because she keeps having to use it to pay for legal fees, because Depp keeps suing her.
