I was also going to write something akin to this. I mean, great that people have other options of Jimmy's to watch but, I'm just glad Colbert is there as an option at all.

It has my favourite song of theirs, Bones. I don't know why, I can't explain it, but it's my favourite Killers song.
Cold Shoulder and Chasing Pavements are still on my playlists. Her two new songs so far have been… not as exciting.
+1 for this. Elongated Me and My Shadow rendition, please.
12 minutes is how much screentime Hawkeye got in The Avengers. Now I don't have any comparison to make of this fact, but surely someone has something witty.
I thought this at the start because I was so hung up on The Report, but I think I was mistaking 'persona' for 'tone'. His delivery of the punchlines are in the same tone but that's not his blowhard persona. Though the slightly 'poorly-informed' part of his persona still lingers.
"Unfairly lumped in with the likes of Saw"
*flashbacks to Stephen's ski-themed rap on Whose Line Is It Anyway*
Stephen Colbert purchases rare Tolkien-annotated map of Middle Earth for $100k is the next headline I'm expecting to come from this saga.
You had every opportunity to use a photo of Dennis reading Charlie's amazing speech from The Gang Runs For Office and you blew it.
This was a highlight for me, definitely. Corden didn't grow on me until Colbert came on as lead-in but that duet was smashing. And I know Corden has a Tony Award and all that but, yes his voice was on point.
Glenn Howerton would've made this a FIVE STAR FILM.
Get his Saw partner Leigh Whannell to write and I'm way in.
The trailers for that new movie with Amy make me really dislike her style of comedy… and it's confusing because I thought I really liked her humour, but the trailer is actually making me backtrack and rethink my past opinions.
Get out.
They never should have canceled that show.
I don't have an answer but what I enjoy most out of this is that the stars of CBS comedy 2 Broke Girls aren't appearing on their own network's Colbert. Keep up the fine booking!
This is the first 'cover' i think of every time.
My top pick:
I was looking for that too. Kind of wish AVC had a section for Late Show discussion.
