This is it. This is comment is what Kinja was implemented for and now that it’s been done we can end the charade and revert.

Finally figured out how to ‘claim my account’ but I’ve just come here to also lightly complain about the organisation of the reviews.

Here in Australia the dearest tickets were VIP Early Entry GA type situations and those were $350… but my short stature forces me to go for these at all times, plus the wonder of queuing haha similar in Europe/U.K. as well in terms of price.

I'd like to extend an invitation to listen to their new EP… and while there's a version of that Chainsmokers mess on it, the first 3 tracks on it are solid, non-soaring pop of the Mylo Xyloto/Head Full of Dreams sort,

Any year with Rob Brydon or Richard Ayoade is stellar. I grew tired of the Fielding/Brand pairing after the first couple of times but the special is largely great every year.

That imagined sentence is way too coherent.

Do you think the suburbia feel is because (from what I understand) floor seats at their U.S. shows are super expensive? It's pretty diverse from the ones I've been to.

I've seen you in various Coldplay-related comment sections and you are but one amongst the TENS of us in this here AV Club. Salut, my friend. There's a really solid mix in their back catalogue. They might not reach Viva La Vida-era greatness again but there's glimmers. (I'm a firm defender of Ghost Stories…. and half

Holy hell, yes. I've memorised episodes of Would I Lie To You.

Coldplay. "You've just got to see them live" is my automatic defence, and if that doesn't work, I just revert to… "well, I like them"… then the dreaded listing of other music I love that [insert person here] may think is 'cool'.

This is exactly the kind of commercial I was hoping for now that Noel is involved. Just needed more eels and a face covered in cream.

When he was on GBBO for Comic Relief—that proved to me that I'd want David Mitchell to be a weekly resident baker over anything else.

Don't sully Coldplay like that!

Chris Martin is on another plane of happiness that we plebs won't ever understand.

Agreed on S.W.A.T.

Hot Rod's hill scene was a moment of cinematic excellence.

Amazingly, the version I heard years ago that I avoided to have is still better than this newer one.

UGH. Dammit. She and Ariana did a cover a while back of Don't Dream It's Over and it was stunning. I wanted it in my iTunes but Miley kept talking in between so I just did without. When I saw they did the cover here too I was thrilled, hoping that this would be a cleaner version.

Chris Martin is obviously their bridge. Noel has collaborated with Chris over the years while Liam would call them cunts, and now Liam has performed with Chris. Sooner or later, Chris will bring them onto the same stage and run off leaving the two to finally reunite for a couple of minutes.

Liam Gallagher and Chris Martin performing together is something I never thought I'd see. Loved Chris' Don't Look Back In Anger, too.
