I had a 16 hour trip (including a nine hour flight leg) to Denmark from the US and was unable to sleep at all the entire time —even in business class on the way back. It’s a curse.

Some planes will have USB chargers, but also I recommend getting a good portable battery with a high-charge rate. I bring my Switch with me and I can actually successfully charge it at a rate faster than discharge. Because if I'm going to be a tired zombie, I'm going to be a tired, entertained zombie, dammit!
