I’m not trying to defend the deals teams get, but this analysis is bogus, you can’t add in both the cost and the revenues, the revenues would not exist but for the cost. Sure, the $300 million in taxes from parking and such should go to offset the $1 billion, but because it’s not doesn’t mean it’s now costing the City…
