I should add though, that there is nonetheless the responsbility to help fix the problem. You don’t need to feel bad that you have a nice job. You do need to speak out and work for policies and attitudes that remove racial disadvantages  so that others can also have a good job. In other words maybe we didn’t cause

The idea that white privelege requires reparations or guilt from white people reveals more about your own fears than about the people who use the term. I am completely aware of white privelege and know with certainty and clarity that I benefit from it in every aspect of my life. I don’t feel *guilty* about it because

Its for sure an age thing. I’m 45 and have seen the progression. Of course, since I’m in the dating pool I’ll keep up with the pube trends just like I’m not wearing my 1987 hairdo. But damn I hate painful irritating upkeep in that area. I do trimmed and neat but removing the hair from tenderest bits is not a happy
