Jimmy lies, Arthur. Always remember that.

Indeed. I thought it was genius to have Jimmy playing the whole scenario showing genuine regret the entire time. Accepting Chuck's non-negotiable demand for Jimmy's law license was just one step too far. Thus Jimmy had no choice — and no way to win — other than to strip away every shred of Chuck's false dignity and

Giving something to someone isn't a crime.

I couldn't agree more, although I suspect I liked "impossible girl" Clara a bit more than you did. The scene in which the Clara incarnations kept popping up in the Doctor's various incarnations to aid him at key moments was marvelous.

The progression of time, measured by the stars, and how it goes on and on… I still get a lump in my throat, thinking about what it would mean to endure that. "The raven sharpens its beak—"

Inspired. The original KS graphic had blank silhouettes for the Mads and the Experiment Subject, and it's been a slow-reveal as to which faces fit those previously blank shapes.

I think he's still busy looking after his sister's kids.

I gave the show an honest chance and watched three episodes. I like good dramas with well-acted characters…and while the actors in Hand of God are top-notch, I just can't get behind the writing or the characters.

For whatever reason, Disqus thinks I have two IDs… I wrote the above comment under the ID 'technowitch'. Weird.

After the finale, I'll probably go back and re-watch the DVR'd episodes from beginning to end. You're right: We were watching two very skilled actors at the height of their craft in that extended scene. I'll definitely take a cue from your observation there and just watch McKean's expression as Chuck, sitting there.

My feelings about the episode were mixed. I thought the writers dragged out Rick's paranoia a little too far. It's one thing not to trust — and after the Governor's town and Terminus, he and the group have plenty of reasons not to trust the carrot being dangled in front of them.

Well, I thought the best moment in Doll Parts was when Stahma and Datak both realized they'd wrongly assumed the other had offed the girl…and that there was only one possible answer as to who did.

Unfortunately for SC & P, the Chevy car they're going to be marketing is… the Chevy Vega.

That's how I took it, too: We are considered unevolved apes by the Observers.

All I know is throughout the episode, I kept saying, "That is so effin' cool.." And it started with the opening crawl.

If they writers keep Jeff sane & sober, I have a very strong suspicion they're going to have him managing the Buy More fairly soon. Flushed of all the carbon monoxide, he's almost ridiculously competent, and has excellent people skills, too. (Besides, it'd free up Morgan to be more directly part of Team Carmichael.)

I am and always will be a Sarah Jane Smith fan.  ;-)

There is one thing we know lies behind the Doctor's #11 door:  The tolling of the cloister bell.
