RCMP cars are white. It would have needed a paint job since the white paint on those sucked and flaked easily. Ive seen plenty of decommisioned Canadian police cars auctioned with the bullbar and spotlight, and its nice since we have a lot of deer and moose to dodge, difficult when your drving a ford (get it)

Most of them ive seen sold in Canada were sold with the bars and spotlight left on, and the steelies are very common since once you lose one hubcap you might as well take them off.

In Canada RCMP vehicles are white, not black, even the unmarked ones are white. Other than the RCMP most departments also no longer use Crown Vics, and replaced them with chargers nearly 10 years ago
