Quail was good. I was there last year too. But it's good for the test drives and viewing rare cars up close. Pebble Beach just has a lot more to see, despite not being as exclusive as Quail.

Amelia is definitely a good alternative. It's just that Pebble Beach is much better known. And doesn't have to be accessed by ferry.

I did Quail. Legends of the Autobahn I've heard is quite good. If anything, go to Peter Hay Hill where a lot of the companies do test drives of their cars in the general area. It's also great to hang around Quail even if you didn't get tickets for the car spotting, and some companies may be doing test drives around Read more

Go. It's surprisingly worth it. Just try to get in ahead of all the traffic, since it's a nightmare with parking.

I know they want to make money, but they could've at least changed the bodywork and made it more beautiful. And it still would've been capable of over 230 mph.

Darn. I was a really big fan of the XK-RS. Especially in French Blue. Made me weak at the knees.

Totally agree. But I think they could have changed the bodywork and charged more after five years. Somehow, that never happened at Bugatti and we don't know why.
