Do you really think Durant or any player in any sport cares how entertained you are? They’re not entertainers and they’re job is not to entertain you. Their job is to play basketball and win basketball games. Just because we find their job entertaining does not mean it is their job to entertain us. Entertainers’ jobs

You’re not wrong, but remember all of those open shots Harrison Barnes missed? Now imagine Kevin Durant taking those shots.

I still prefer Nightmare Bear. He's not the bear we need, but he's the bear we deserve.

Kyrie, Thompson, and Love were acquired through the draft (Love via trading draft assets). LeBron was both, sure he left but you can’t say his previous connections to the team played no part in him coming back. In theory the Cavs team was exactly what the Process was supposed to be. Stock pile assets, hit on some

Yeah but the guy in Minnesota and the one who is out of the league netted them Kevin Love. If you’re looking at the Cavs in comparison to the Process Love would be an asset acquired trough the draft. So to say only 2 of 4 have been contributors isn't fair since the other two contributed in getting Kevin Love.

His business headquarters would not be in Northeast Ohio had he not been drafted there. I think it’s equal parts home and team connections in LeBron’s case.

It’s a little of both really. But, take Kevin Durant as an example, hometown isn’t always that important. I think being from north east Ohio helped some, but also having years worth service and connection to the fans helped some. But really I think the biggest thing that helped was having a team that could compete,

I think there's a big difference between being a fan and admiring someone. Especially when you're referring to athletes. I don't think I've ever admired a person I didn't personally know, but I can say there have been countless times I've been a fan of the way someone plays a sport.

It was never supposed to be Wiggins/5th, it was supposed to be 5th and anyone but Wiggins and Towns. This is probably why it didn't happen, and I like Dunn, but man would I have been pumped for Butler to join those 2 on the Wolves.

I'm so happy someone posted this.

Exactly. With the Eastern Conference as shitty as it is the Cavs will basically have a free pass to the finals each year. LeBron literally has to play balls out for one series a year to win a championship. Life is good for King James, he has no reason to change anything.

No one is trying to say LeBron is better than Jordan. People are just pointing out that you are seriously underestimating the level of players currently in the NBA. The overall quality of players that LeBron has played is higher than Jordan. It's just a fact that athletes are bigger, stronger, faster, and better than

‘2 of the 4 years' he had HOF teammates he won rings. But yeah the rest of your point stands,

What bothers me the most is that the Cavs are benefiting from what happened in the OKC series. Draymond probably should have lost a game for the Adams dick kick, but now LeBron's bitch move is costing him a game for what was a much less serious offense.

Yes but what happens when Boogie carries us to a gold?

Am I the only one who was pissed at LeBron for this? I love LeBron but the step over is reserved for great moments, not when your team is getting beat on your home floor

Yeah, once it’s determined he really was just an oblivious idiot it the charges will probably be thrown out. But at the time the Cops absolutely made the right call to take him down, and if you're going to take him down you have to charge him with something.

As someone who follows swimming closely, and is from Ohio, this kid had no shot of ever being an Olympian, criminal or not.

Don't assume the rest of the league has bullpens as bad as the Reds, because spoiler alert... they do not.

The starters name is John Lamb. And really you should have said Votto's heroics saved the Reds' bullpen from further embarrassment, as the Reds' bullpen is already so embarrassing that there is nothing Votto could possibly do to prevent it.
