Also, be wary of photos that are cropped funny, like not showing the side of a house. A lot of places try to hide that they’re actually condo/two-family/mother-in-law.

That reason is the stupidest reason to stop medication. You have to sleep, breath, eat and drink all the time. Why is taking a pill once a day hard?
In just the past decade I have seen numerous services (that I’ve actually used) die, leaving me with no way to access my purchases. If your expected lifespan is like, 5 years, then sure, go for it, but I’ve already decided I’m done “buying” things repeatedly. If I can’t easily convert it to a DRM-free copy, like…
Don’t buy MP3s if you can help it--better to buy music as CD-quality FLAC files (and transcode down to MP3 if you need to; but increasingly devices have enough space that you don’t even need to do it.) I’ve bought stuff from HDTracks too (although I’m challenged to really hear anything over 96/24 resolution--even…
Again?
If you collect music (and I don’t mean streaming), there’s Discogs. Not only is it an incredible user-driven database of pretty much every record and song in the last almost 100 years, it’s a marketplace where you can buy and sell vinyl, CDs and even cassettes. I’ve used the app to scan the barcodes of my CDs and…
Personally I would have preferred “people before cars” but no one made me the marketing director of remaking America.
That’s not a French flag. France’s flag is Red, White, Blue with the stripes oriented vertically.
This idea that “strict licensing requirements” is some magic solution only comes from people who don’t get it (and assume that it won’t prevent them from driving). Without viable public transportation, people have to drive. Whether they have a license or not is not really a factor in whether they will drive.
They have several dozen miles of unlimited roads, yes. The rest have speed limits. It's also a society that values rules and following them strictly.
Germans drive about a third few miles/km per year than Americans as well.
Strongly disagree.
Do you also think that Philadelphia is just the Rocky steps?
While the founders may have been religious, they also grew up in an era of state-mandated religion and saw first-hand how forcing religion via the state was very unproductive and dangerous for everyone not of the currently-preferred religion. And when the leaders changed, often the religion changed.
i had my first one a couple years ago (pre-pandemic). everyone warned me in tones like this article that it was a horror show experience, but in the end (ha) it really wasn’t that big of a deal. the prep was uncomfortable but not a nightmare, and the people were great and the procedure was so fast that i felt like i…
For the record, I accidentally wrote “Oil Fitler” in my initial draft, and I’m not sure why I changed it given how badly this filter wants to ruin lives.
Cartridge filters with nylon caps FTW. It’ll crack before getting that stuck. There’s enough oil to lube the new O rings, too.
Also another excellent example of why you should avoid checking any bags to the greatest extent possible.
Don’t forget the most important right - the right to scream ‘I know my rights’ as you’re dragged off the plane due to being ignorant of your rights.
I see the arrows on the lugs all the time. I’ve never once in my entire life seen these things though.
