Prolonged terminal diseases are one of the worst ways to go. But at least he’s got the kind of health care coverage he fought tooth and nail to deny to others. So there’s that.

My sister is helping somewhat but I am her primary caretaker at the moment, and unfortunately, while I do have friends to lean on, it is mostly my burden to bear.
