Yup, I know this first hand from being bullied in childhood. On top of being disenfranchised, you are always watched. People may not talk to you, but they are always examining you, judging you in the most negative light and talking to each other. I’m not sure which part of it is worse.

I had cystic acne that accutane and shots didn't help. It turns out that I had a hormone imbalance. Once my endocrinologist prescribe led spironolactone and methformin, the acne disappeared. I now rarely get pimples. Too bad I didn't find out about the hormone imbalance before the scarring. :-(
