Ahhhhh....That may be why I am seeing no changes whatsoever.. I usually do the elliptical for 30 minutes on the interval program. I thought I was making shit happen! I am going to just walk on an incline on the treadmill tomorrow and see how it feels.

Ok. I am confused about this. Ive read from various recources that the elliptical and the treadmill or the same practically. But just walking on an incline on the treadmill felt more strenuous than anything I did on the elliptical.
