For some reason, AHS: Cult is the only season that I dropped after one or two episodes. Weird. Otherwise, I have been an avid AHS watcher.

The Incredible Hulk is very much in the MCU because it is first of all a Marvel Studios production (Distributed by Universal). For those who think it might have been drifting out ig “canon”, the increasing appearances of William Hurt’s Thunderbolt Ross certainly tie it in more closely, and now Tim Roth’s Emil

If you have ever seen an interview with Anthony Mackie, you know that he is a talky, talky guy which is entertaining in many cases. However, on topics like these, he would probably do well to find a way to make his points with fewer words and less digression.

Jeri Hogarth was a lesbian character who was gender flipped from a male comics character. She was not a trans character. I am not aware of any ongoing trans characters in Jessica Jones.

Why did I kind of think he was in it already? This is where I expect to find Hiroyuki Sanada. Happily. It would be weird if he didn’t make it into a John Wick movie at some point.

In the general MCU scheme of things, Loki, Rhodey, Wanda, Vision, Falcon, Bucky have all been essentially second bananas to the original Avengers like Cap, Tony, Natasha, Hulk & Thor.
Even Hawkeye has been something of a second tier figure (until he, too, will be elevated with his own show in the coming months.)

You act like maximizing subscription revenue is a bad thing.
It may be inconvenient for your personal prefences or time management, but Disney, as you may have heard, is a business. Maximizing revenue is its prime directive, and the quality entertainment it provides is a happy byproduct. It you like Disney and Marvel

Do you really need to be Italian to play an Italian character in a cartoon that’s in English? Seriously. Italian is not a race.

I wouldn’t put too much money on Jonathan Majors showing up in Loki at all. Let’s not make Kang into the new Mephisto. We know he’s going to be in Quantumania, and that’s probably where he will debut. Loki may set up things for several future films, but it is not going to start the stories for them.

Somehow I don’t mind that The CW seems to be lightening up on DC Superhero series. With HBO Max adding DC shows I would hope that someone over at Warner Media has realized that there is an upper limit to the amount of DC material you can blow out over movies, streaming and linear broadcast before diminishing returns

did this is advertorial substantively alter the overall truthiness and informative value of the average issue of USA Today?

Those damn safety prudes! Always worried about people getting killed by stunts on film sets! I mean come on!

Yes to all of this. Kinja has become increasingly willing to torment its users with increasingly unhepful “improvements”.

Ford looked disturbingly decrepit at the Oscars earlier this year. I’m assuming that there will be many photo doubles and stunt doubles and much CGI correction in this movie.

I mean, that’s kind of an oversimplification.
I’m interested in seeing how the TV show treats the character before commenting further. They typically play fast and loose with details from the comics —and that’s not a criticism.

My main concern about Shazam! 2 was that the suit be redesigned, and while you can’t see much from the clip above, there are other images out there showing a much improved design. Still padded (they all are) but now much more natural looking

These are a lot of shows I want to see.

I’m fairly certain that anything on FX will also be on FX on Hulu, but some things on FX on Hulu will not be available on FX. Some shows will initially be streaming only.

Is this where we are right now? We are all just George R.R. Martin’s nagging nanny, scolding and wagging our collective finger at him for dilly dallying when he should be doing his work and finishing The Big Story for us? Is this who we want to be?

OK. That story has almost nothing to do with the show I watched on Netflix. I mean, it sounds like it could be a good show, too, but what I saw ended at apoint where there could easliy have been four more episodes that would have brought the whole season 1 story to a close. Instead it just sort of ended like, “Oh
