I don’t understand.
There’s colors, and it’s daytime outside. Nobody is singing “Hallelujah”.
Who really directed this movie!!!!!!!

I’m considering getting in a Grimm re-watch before the pandemic ends.

I’m glad they are using “Isis” the name (presumably). It needs to be reclaimed, and this is a good time to do it. What would happen if a terrorist group called itself “Steve” or “William”? Would millions of people have to change their names so as not to offend?

Any shock as severe as half of the universe’s population vanishing would be traumatic. The disappearance would be traumatic, and the unexpected return 5 years would be joyful but also traumatic in other, different ways.

The pilot did remind me of the final season of Buffy with all of the potential slayers, but comparing everything that Joss Whedon has ever written to Buffy tends to have diminishing returns over time. I’m trying to think of this as an original show that has nothing to do with anything else. It’s more fun that way.

Because that sounds like the scene you’re describing at the THEATRE, where her group meets Massen before the performance of Faust.

In fairness, Justice League vs. The Fatal Five was deliberately intended to be a continuation of the DCAU and brought back much of the original voice cast from the JL and JLU series. That was not a money issue specifically, or maybe it was just making the best of a budget issue by throwing back to an earlier, style

Am I? I have no control over these things.

This was the first thing that struck me. I was looking for some hint of Tim Sale’s gorgeous artwork, but it doesn’t seem to be there. It’s not bad design, but in past DC Animation movies, they have generally made a good effort at approximating the graphic novel’s style. Superman/Batman: Public Enemies is a good

It’s an animated movie, not a theatrical film. I tend to think that they get the vocaltalent to record both parts in one shot, and I doubt that the animation needs to be done in sequence.

I would have serious mental health concerns for anyone who thinks that this would be something to sue over.

“Later in the month, HBO will surprise three couples who were married in Westeros-themed ceremonies with special anniversary gifts of their own. . .

It’s rated “R”

I’m a little bit puzzled by a poster for Army of the Dead featuring bright neon colors.

There have been more than a handful of shows like WandaVision and Black Lightning that managed to keep production going during the pandemic, but according to Umbrella Academy star Tom Hopper, fans shouldn’t expect to see the Hargreeves back with any great speed.

I am disappointed that Ava DuVernay’s take on the Fourth World has been canned. I was looking forward to it.

If I’m not mistaken, The Long Halloween is also meant to be the inspiration for the upcoming film The Batman. It will be interesting to compare both adaptations at some point.
It’s an impressive cast, but DC Animation has been giving us impressive voice lineups for quite some time now (not that I take them for granted,

It is obviously meant to be unflattering. We are not supposed to be dazzled by how great he looks as the new Captain America. He is supposed to look wrong in the suit because he shouldn’t be wearing it. Bad headwear can make anyone look terrible. His costume is telling us not to like him.

To be fair, Season 5 was 16 episodes, so they were probably planning to split the season anyway. If they just completed filming on Season 6 (10 episodes), then it would be realistic to see it in about a year, but perhaps they may advance it a couple of months to January or February since it will be the concluding
