This suggests to me that once Gunn has finished Guardians of the Galaxy 3, he will be well and truly finished with Marvel and Disney. I don’t see anyone playing both sides of that fence in an ongoing way. It might be interesting to see what else he can contribute to WB’s DC plans.

6 seasons is not a bad total for a show like this. With a new baby, I’m not surprised that Benoist might not be happy to devote the amount of time it takes to lead a show like this.
