This is very important advice for the “first in the family to get a college degree” crowd. It’s not that parents in this scenario are unintelligent, but they went down a completely different path which greatly affects the significant decisions made in early adulthood whether it be career, financial, family, etc.

Especially at a steak house, what is this really accomplishing? Screw tipping norms especially when the service was barely mentioned, only that the food was “AMAZING”.

Hats, light (color and fabric) clothes, ice water in a hydroflask. Look for shade, don't go out at the hottest times of the day. Good luck! 

If you typically wear the same clothes outdoors, they can be treated with Permethrine. Lasts a few washes, works wonders for camping/hiking.

Can confirm, there was an early 90's NSX near me that lived under a carport for over a decade without moving. Dude definitely lived with it.  It’s gone now though so must have sold it to someone who will hopefully restore it to its former glory.
