What I do is that I let them set for a while after I salt them, like a half hour. I also let the cast iron heat for two or three minutes before I place the steak in there with a dab of olive oil so it's really hot. I don't know if that helps

I would suggest a Virgin Mary in that you get a snack as well!
Lol. But seriously, what more was I looking for? If I wanted anything more complex, Moonlight was playing in the same theatre
I thought it was visually stunning, funny, and entertaining. 'Nuff said.

Monday, I made steak. I got a nice NY strip big enough for two from the butcher and I salted it and let it sit while I made the rest of the dish. When it was time to cook, I heated my cast iron skillet on the stove for like three minutes to get it good and hot. When I added the steak it was the best sound. I seared it…
I loved it

With the sauerkraut? Interesting.
Yeah, but what are the odds that you're going to come up with TWO ideas as good as Harry Potter?
Yeah, but knowing that he had a thing for Harry's mom, had he lived it would have been aaaaaaaaakward!
"So I thought at the end that Romeo and Juliet should both die…"
I'm still going to do it. That's just being me.
Someone chopping onions in here? That's the only possible reason my eyes are watering, right?
Who?
Yes, I suppose that would be point. But when I am I ever going to be in Japan?
She earned it from SCTV
