I'm surprised Dr. Katz didn't make the list.  Louie C.K, Dave Chappelle, Marc Meron, H. Jon Benjamin, etc…  Seems like a pretty great collection of formative talents.

And there it is.  I like that song, so I'm actually curious why you would hate it so much, especially if you like their other stuff.  All the picks we've been getting arouse no such curiosity because I (and most people) hate all of these songs as well.  I don't need to read the article because its very existence is

"Shotgun!!!"

I didn't see "Imagine", that is pretty ballsy.  While you're right about the probability, I just think these selections have been really uninspiring, which is mainly the fault of the musicians and not the AVClub itself.  Still, I feel like the interviewers should try and probe a little deeper since there's really no

This justifies all of the pain "Smooth" has caused over its lifetime:

And the march of bold choices continues.  First it was "I'm the One Who Wants to be With You", last week it was "My Heart Will go On", now "Smooth".  I can't wait till next week when we can read Craig Finn's regaling tale about how much he hates "Tubthumping".  Why even bother if everyone is just going to discuss

I just watched a movie called Heckler.  It's 1 1/2 hours of Jaime Kennedy crying about what terrible worthless people Hecklers are.  At no point does Jaime Kennedy take any responsibility for being terrible himself.  If you want to move beyond being irritated by to full on hating Jaimie Kennedy, watch Heckler.

I just hope the last think Andy says to Dwight as he walks out of the office is "Are you a lesbian?"

I honestly didn't know there was a problem with "often times".  It sounds fine.  The only way to know that it's wrong is when a prescriptivist nit picks at it because it violates the rule listed on the 780th page of The Official Codebook of the Standard American English Language.  This language is bogged down by

What a boring choice.  Was his back-up a Nickleback song?  Show some backbone and admit you hate a Bon Iver song or something.  This was like if a politician came out with a hard stance against kitten torturing.

It genuinely baffles me how so many people tend to fixate and agonize over accents in movies.  I watched the trailer; the accents are fine.  I can't imagine two professional actors doing such a bad job that I'll give it a second thought two or three minutes after the movie starts.  And guess what, even if Bana's

I hope that one legged model chick doesn't try putting a hit on Sir Paul afterward—then, failing to find any takers, pump him full of smack and fake his suicide.
